1 Add an item

1. Open Items → New item.
2. Choose the type (Service, Product, Material, Labor) and enter the name and description.
3. Enter the Unit cost and Markup % — or type the Unit price and the markup is calculated.
4. Add a photo, the tax and Save.

2 Use it

1. In an estimate or invoice, click Item list on a line and pick the item.

Mark extras as optional so they're always added as upgrades.
