Mstr. Pro is in beta. We're still building and improving features, so things may change. Your feedback helps.

Privacy Policy

Your business data is yours. This policy explains what information Mstr. Pro handles, why, and the choices you have.

Last updated November 2, 2026

1. Who we are

Mstr. Pro (the “Service”) is software for service businesses to manage requests, estimates, invoices, jobs, scheduling, clients and payments. It is operated by Mstr. Fix It of San Bruno, CA (“we”, “us”). This policy covers the Service and the Mstr. Pro website. It works together with our Terms of Service.

2. Two kinds of information

  • Account information — about you and your team as users of Mstr. Pro. We are responsible for this information.
  • Your Data — what your business puts into the Service: clients, addresses, estimates, invoices, photos, notes and payments. We handle it only on your behalf, to run the Service for you, like a service provider. Your business decides what goes in and how it is used.

3. What we collect

  • Account and company details: name, email, phone, password (stored only as a secure hash), company name, address, logo, license and settings.
  • Team members you invite: name, email, role and permissions.
  • Your Data described above, including files and photos you upload.
  • Payment details: when online payments are on, card and bank details are entered directly with the payment provider (such as Stripe or PayPal). We don't see or store full card numbers.
  • Usage and device information: IP address, browser and device type, pages used, and dates and times, kept in server logs to run and protect the Service.
  • Messages you send us, such as support emails and feedback.

4. How we use it

  • To provide the Service: create documents and PDFs, send the emails and links you ask us to send, show your schedule and routes, and process payments through your provider.
  • To keep accounts secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and fix problems.
  • To contact you about your account, security, changes to the Service, and plans or billing.
  • To understand how the Service is used, in aggregate, so we can improve it.

We don't sell personal information, we don't use Your Data for advertising, and we don't contact your clients for our own marketing.

5. Your clients' information

Your clients' names, contact details, addresses, documents and payments are part of Your Data. When the Service emails an estimate, an invoice, a reminder or a client hub link, it does so for your business and in its name.

If you are a client of a business that uses Mstr. Pro and have a question about your information, please contact that business directly — they control it. We will help them answer your request.

6. Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run the Service, under agreements that limit their use of the information:

  • Hosting and backups — the servers and storage where the Service and its backups run.
  • Email delivery — to send the emails you and the Service send.
  • Payment providers (such as Stripe and PayPal) — when you connect them to accept payments.
  • Maps (OpenStreetMap services) — addresses are used to show maps and plan visit routes.
  • Product search — the search words you type when looking up materials and prices.

We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public, or as part of a merger or sale of the business (with notice to you).

7. Cookies

Mstr. Pro uses only the cookies it needs to work: to keep you signed in (including “Keep me signed in”), to protect forms against forgery, and to remember small preferences like light or dark theme. We don't use advertising cookies or sell browsing data. If you block these cookies, you won't be able to sign in.

8. How long we keep it

We keep account information and Your Data while your account is active. After an account is closed, we delete or anonymize it within a reasonable time, except what we must keep by law (for example, billing records). Server logs and backups are kept for a limited period and then removed. In-app notifications are deleted after 90 days.

9. Security

Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are stored as secure hashes, each company's data is kept separate, and access is limited by roles you control. No online service can be 100% secure. If we learn of a security incident that affects your information, we'll notify you as the law requires.

10. Your choices and rights

  • You can see and update your profile and company details in the Service at any time.
  • You can export your clients, items and documents, and ask us to close your account and delete your information.
  • You can ask for a copy of your personal information, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us. We'll confirm your identity before acting.
  • You can stop non-essential emails from us; we'll still send messages about security and your account.

11. California residents

If you live in California, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to access, correct and delete it, and to not be discriminated against for using these rights. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, email us at the address below.

12. Children

Mstr. Pro is a business tool and is not meant for children under 16. We don't knowingly collect their personal information.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service changes. When the changes are important, we'll tell you by email or in the Service before they apply. The date at the top shows the latest version.
