Made on the job, not in a boardroom
Mstr. Pro started as the tool Mstr. Fix It uses every day to quote and bill its own jobs in San Bruno. We wanted estimates that look professional, links clients actually open, and invoices that never get lost — without paying for a dozen features we'd never use.
Now we're opening it to other trade businesses. Each company has its own private space: your clients, prices and documents are visible only to you.

Is Mstr. Pro finished?
Not yet — Mstr. Pro is in active development (beta). Estimates, invoices, client links, e-signatures, PDFs and payment tracking already work every day, and we keep adding and improving features. Some screens may change along the way, and your data stays safe while they do.
Is Mstr. Pro really free?
Yes. While Mstr. Pro is in beta every feature is free, with no credit card required. If we introduce paid plans later, current users will be notified well in advance.
Do my clients need an account or an app?
No. They open the link you send by email or text, and can view, print, download, approve and sign right in their browser.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. Mstr. Pro works in any modern browser on iPhone, Android, tablet or computer. Add it to your home screen for one-tap access.
Who can see my clients and prices?
Only the users of your company. Each business has its own private space, and the documents your clients see show only your company's name and information.
Does it take online card payments?
Not yet. Today you record the payments you receive — cash, check, card, Zelle, Venmo and others — and Mstr. Pro keeps the balance due up to date on the invoice and the client link. You can add your own payment instructions to every invoice.
Why does my account need approval?
To keep the platform safe for everyone, new accounts are reviewed before the first sign-in — usually within one business day. You'll get an email as soon as yours is ready.
Can I bring my logo and contract terms?
Yes. Upload your logo and signature, write your default notes and payment instructions, and save contract templates that are added automatically to estimates and invoices.
